Upon his arrival at the airport from Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros was greeted by eleven bishops who accompanied him on his way to the Archdiocese in Cedar Grove, NJ for the first time.

Many Bishops, priests (including our beloved priest, His very reverend, Hegumen Father Mina Mina) and representatives of various congregations from the Northeast of the USA received H.H. Pope Tawadros II at his papal residency Thursday, September 13th, at 6 P.M.

The Pope’s first official visit to the U.S. took place in 2015, where he met with the Coptic community, local leaders and U.S. government and religious leaders in Los Angeles and US Southern dioceses. This is H.H.’s second visit to the USA and the first to the Northeast of the USA.

We are happy and deeply thankful to God for the safe arrival of His Holiness as he approaches us with great magnitude of blessings. May the Lord keep his life many peaceful years, amen.
